We are registered to carry out business in design, interior and exterior finishing, building construction, civil engineering, renovation and remodel, electrical/solar energy power installation, borehole drilling, general supplies and general contract.
Following expansion in our capacity and expertise, the company has since diversified in the civil engineering, construction, electrical, and furniture-making industry, bringing strength and experience to bear as one of the leading names.

ARC KOREDE AWODUN
DIRECTOR He is the principal Architect of Kofeto Global Construction Solutions Ltd. With a Higher National Diploma and Bachelors degree in Architecture, He has designed and led several construction teams in different projects within and outside the country, some of which are; National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA) Abuja, Omu-Aran Microfinance Bank, 8 Units of Terrace Building in Jabi, Church of the Lord Ultra-modern Worship Center, Ogun state.
QS FEMI AWODUN
DIRECTOR He possesses a wealth of experience amassed over the years working on several building projects. His Bill of Quantities and Material schedule always come in handy when solving difficult challenges during construction. A graduate of Quantity Survey from Kwara State Polytechnic Ilorin, Mr. Femi has been involved in the success of numerous projects, which include; Harmony Mall Ilorin, Mass Housing Unit Jabi, and 8 Units of Terrace Building, Jabi, Abuja.
ENGR. OMOTOLA AWODUN
DIRECTOR Engr. Omotola is a graduate of Civil Engineering, and the principal engineer of Kofeto GSC Ltd. He was part of the team of engineers for Eko Atlantic Peninsula, Victoria Island, Lagos State. He designed, and supervised Structural Blocks of Flats, Kubwa, Abuja, and also, designed and supervised the structural details of the Terrace Project, Jabi, Abuja. His extensive experience and proficiency in the industry have served as invaluable assets to the company.
ENGR ALBERT KOLAWOLE
HEAD, ENGINEERING DEPT. He is a certified Engineer by the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). In addition, he possesses professional certification from the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON). Engr. Albert has led the successful completion of numerous building projects, some of which are: Favour land Estate Life Camp Abuja, Hamal Estate Wuse II Abuja; and Nabi Court Estate Maitama Abuja.
BDR OJO BAMIDELE
HEAD, BUILDING DEPT. Mr. Ojo is a professional builder certified by the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria. He has honed his craft through a diverse range of projects, from iconic structures to residential edifices. He led the team of builders in Region 23, Estate 15 of the Redemption Camp, and supervised the construction of a 4 bedroom duplex in Zone 4 Abacha Estate, Abuja, and the ECOWAS Presidential Lodge Renovation, Abuja.
MRS. KOREDE TOSIN
ADMINISTRATIVE HEAD A graduate of Kwara state College of Health Technology, Offa, 2022, she headed the position of Human Relations (HR) and Administration of the company (M-Square and Furnishing Ltd, 2014-2017). She possesses professional certificate from Skillhead and other professional bodies, as Public Administrator and Health, Safety Officer.
